Matters needing attention in die-casting molds designed by aluminum alloy die-casting parts manufacturers
(1) The mold should have sufficient rigidity and will not deform under the condition of the clamping force of the die casting machine.
(2) The mold should not be too bulky to facilitate loading and unloading repair and handling, and reduce the load on the die casting machine.
(3) The pressure center of the cavity should be as close as possible to the center of the die-casting force of the die-casting machine, so as to prevent the die-casting machine from being unevenly stressed, resulting in a tightly-locked mold and a burr on the casting.
(4) The shape of the mold should be considered in conjunction with the specifications of the die casting machine:
(a) The length of the mold should not interfere with the tie rod.
(b) The total thickness of the mold should not be too thick or too thin, beyond the range that the die casting machine can hold.
(c) Pay attention to the matching with the material pipe (cold chamber machine) or the nozzle (hot chamber machine)
(d) When using the pull-back lever to pull back the top outlet mechanism, pay attention to the size and position of the pull-back lever.
(e) In order to facilitate the handling and assembly of the mold, screw holes shall be drilled above and on both sides of the fixed and movable molds so that the ring bolts can be screwed
